Integrations

WooCommerce

Both checkouts are supported, and covered by the plugin's browser tests against WooCommerce 11:

  • The checkout block (the default in new stores).
  • The classic [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode.
  • My Account → Addresses.

Billing and shipping phone

Each number is read using the address's own country. A customer in Pakistan who types 0300 1234567 into a Pakistani billing address gets +92 300 1234567. The widget's country is used too: switching the flag to the UAE and typing 50 123 4567 saves +971 50 123 4567.

Invalid numbers stop the order with a message next to the field:

  • Billing phone: This phone number is too short.
  • Shipping phone: Please enter a mobile number.

Whether the phone is required, optional or hidden is still WooCommerce's own setting (Appearance → Customize → WooCommerce → Checkout, or the checkout block's settings).

The checkout block

The checkout block is built with React. The plugin doesn't replace or move WooCommerce's input: it adds the country button over it, shifts the floating label to make room, and tells React about every value it formats. When the field loses focus, a valid number is written out in international format, so the number that reaches the server always carries its country code.

Orders

Saved numbers appear on orders, emails and invoices in the format you chose. On the order screen, the billing address gets Call and WhatsApp links.

The plugin declares compatibility with High-Performance Order Storage and the cart and checkout blocks.

Existing orders

Nothing is rewritten. The plugin formats numbers as they're saved from now on.
