Added#

• toWords, toOrdinal, toMoney, toCheque, counted and noun, in English, Arabic and Urdu.
• Arabic with the grammar: gender polarity (ثلاثة كتب but ثلاث سيارات), duals (درهمان، ألفان), the tamyīz for eleven to ninety-nine (أحد عشر درهمًا), the genitive singular after a round hundred (مئة درهم), the construct state before a noun (مئتا درهم), both spellings of a hundred, and ordinals in both genders.
• Urdu with its own word for every number to ninety-nine, lakh, crore and arab, and ordinals.
• English in both numbering systems, with British "and" placed correctly — "one thousand and five", never "one thousand and five hundred".
• Any currency in any language, which no other library allows: thirteen built in, and registerCurrency() for yours. The Gulf currencies divided into a thousand keep all three digits.
• toCheque() for the line a bank expects, with "only" in the right language.
• counted() for your own nouns — give Arabic the four forms once and every number agrees.
• Money split and rounded on the digits, never on a float; bigint throughout, so amounts past what a double can hold are still exact.
• registerLanguage() for a language of your own.
• 5.1 kB gzip, zero dependencies, sideEffects: false.
• A matching PHP package, devix-labs/laravel-number-words, checked against 796 shared vectors.
